Virtual Tour of a First Nation
Date and time
This activity runs the duration of Culture Days.
YTC Member First Nation
YTC First Nation in Treaty 4 territory, SK
Offered in English, Saulteaux, and Cree.
You are going to virtually visit a First Nation in the Treaty 4 territory. Most new comers and also many Canadians who have lived in Canada for many years are unaware what a first nation in Saskatchewan looks like.
As Culture Days supports a network of arts, culture, and heritage organizers. We at YTC want to take you on the beautiful experience of virtually visiting a first nation.
You will learn and see the different services available for the band members that live on reserve. Know some of the benefits and challenges for people living here. We will take you to different points of interest and introduce you to some people who live here.
