All Bodies Dance Project offers accessible and inclusive dance classes for adults of all abilities, genders and backgrounds. We strive to create an open, safe and fun environment where everyone can experience the joy of moving and creating within a diverse community where differences are celebrated.

Community dance for EVERY BODY!
These classes are for anyone with or without a disability interested in dancing and moving in a fun, safe and supportive environment. Classes will free up your creativity, your imagination and your body while celebrating our diverse ways of moving! No previous experience required. Participants who require one-to-one support must bring their own assistant who is willing to actively participate in sessions (and attends free).
