LAUNCH Waterloo has partnered with the Institute of Quantum Computing to bring LUMEN visitors a peek into how light transforms when projected through various surfaces to create vibrant, colourful light displays! Join us for hands-on STEAM activities for children of all ages.

LAUNCH Waterloo is on a mission to transform STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) programming from moment-in-time touchpoints to a continuous model of engagement that most Canadians are familiar with… minor sports!
The Institute for Quantum Computing (IQC) is a world-leading quantum institute at the University of Waterloo. IQC is advancing the field of quantum information at the highest international level to discover and develop powerful new quantum technologies that will drive future economies.
