Friday, September 27 6:30-9:00 Meet & Greet with Barb Brown and Laurel Francis, Wine & Cheese reception and speaker Barb Brown 'History of Cowichan Sweaters'. See www.kootenaibrown.ca for details

Saturday, September 28 10:00 - 4:00 participate in a Community Quilt with Laurel Francis, knitting workshops (Heel Flap in the Round & Beads as you Go) with Barb Brown, wool spinning, sheep shearing, kid's crafts, special exhibit of the museum's textile artifact collection, raffle, hot concession and free general admission. Our artifact exhibits include an extensive textile collection of clothing, knitting, quilting, embroidery, rug hooking and much more that will enhance the Alberta Culture Days Fibre Arts Festival!
