About

Ballet BC invites you to participate in an enriching Movement and Expressive Arts Workshop. Discover the power of the moving body and your own relationship to the language of the arts in this creative and explorative session at our new studios on Granville Island. Led by dance facilitator and Ballet BC Outreach Manager Heather Myers, the workshop will combine somatic movement, visual art, and writing to bridge body and mind.

Open to all and free to attend. Registration through Eventbrite is required.

Please arrive early to sign in and complete the waiver before class.
