About

Johan Fredrik Källman (Sweden)

Luxtriplicata is an interactive light-installation that show cases when light, art, science, and technology merge together to become something playful and inclusive. The pure physical part is what separates Luxtriplicata from many other light-works because it's not just something beautiful to look at but actually something you really can feel and see with your own hands and eyes. By playing with the work, the visitors will experience hands-on interaction and feel their own impact with the art because there is no “border” between them and the artwork.

Källman's artistic practice is a mixture of light, color, sound, and optics where he brings all of these elements together in an attempt to make art more inclusive, accessible, and playful.
