About

Experience the bold power of colour in this guided tour of Heather Lynne Travis’ art exhibit This Must Be the Place, led by the artist herself!

View the collection of over 30 artworks currently on display through the lens of the artist’s own kaleidoscopic perspective.

Discover the inspirations, techniques, and emotions that fuel Heather’s artistic style and the personal stories behind this captivating collection of artworks that invites new conversations around childlessness and childless heroes, including pop culture icons like Dolly Parton, Ina Garten, Missy Elliott and more.

Let your imagination run wild by participating in a special community canvas we’ll be working on throughout the evening, where you can create your own unique art piece, inspired by the artistry of Heather Lynne Travis.

This event promises a chance for some engaging discussions while mingling with fellow art enthusiasts and creatives. Refreshments and a cash bar will be available.

All are welcome - FREE to attend. Preregistration is required.

For this exhibition, we gratefully acknowledge the support of the Canada Council for the Arts.
