About

For this dynamic, multi-generational event, Bandology will partner with local community musicians and organizations to host an interactive behind the scenes look at the composition of a typical band. This workshop will be an exciting combination of performances and demonstrations, with experienced musicians taking turns to explain their instrument, its role in the band and its history. Audience members of all ages will be encouraged to ask questions about music, instruments and careers and will learn about the long term benefits that music provides.

Organizer

Bandology

Bandology was willed into being by people who understand the multiple life-long benefits that music provides. United by common goals while participating in a high school music parent association, the co-founders were inspired to go beyond the classroom and into the community to help spread the love of music.

Bandology's mission statement: More music for more kids via education, collaboration and community.
