About

Between September 9th and 20th, Unik Theatre, PEACE School and Local Artists from Nipissing Region Curatorial Collective extend an invitation to all Nipissing region schools that wish to participate in the Culture Days festivities, an offer of their artistic service to present to students, from Grades 6 to 12, two sessions of lessons, from 12:30 - 2:30 pm, on the multi-cultural history of masks, and how to design and create their own masks that incorporate elements of these traditions and cultures. These students will be given the opportunity to join in a Masque parade along Memorial Drive bike path to the Bandshell, at 10 a.m., Saturday, September 28th, for the Opening of the ceremony.

There will also be two 2 day sessions at the NRCC studio, Ste 14, 176 Lakeshore Drive on September 14th - 15th and 21st - 22nd from 11 am to 4 pm.
