About

Truth Before Reconciliation is an annual multimedia exhibition featuring the works of Indigenous alumni, faculty, staff, and students of Fleming College. It is presented at the Haliburton School of Art + Design in The Great Hall

This arts campus is known for providing unique and flexible programs taught by professionals who have shaped art, craft, design, media and heritage studies in Canada. No other college offers students this breadth of creative programming. The campus in Haliburton provides a one-of-a kind, hands-on studio experience, with certificate, diploma and post-graduate programs.

The Arts Council Haliburton Highlands strives to provide a strong voice for the arts in Haliburton County; to serve as a catalyst for community economic development through the arts, heritage and culture in Haliburton County and, through the facilitation of collaborative relationships among artists, organizations, businesses and government, contribute to the vibrancy of the arts and community life. The Arts Council is an umbrella organization for all disciplines of the arts, including, visual arts, performing arts, and literary arts.
