Participants will pick up a distribution kit in advance containing ingredients and all necessary materials, and a link (and time) to join the online session where they will learn how to create a cultural craft or engage in a recreation-based activity or dance or other learning opportunity. In this event in particular, online instructors will teach participants about self care practices across different cultures of the world.
