When you’re a visual artist, finding the right words to express yourself can be excruciating. But, help is here! In this quick workshop, you’ll examine the difference between an Artist’s Bio and Artist’s Statement and explore tips, tricks and strategies to get you to the core of what you need and want to express about your artwork, history, inspiration and process. You’ll produce a rudimentary artist’s biography and statement and get valuable resources to help you describe—and promote—yourself and your work. FREE. Advance registration required. Limit: 30 students.
