Everyone can begin to assemble at the boardwalk by the playground in Palmer Park at 10am, and the parade will begin once the opening ceremonies for Culture Days finish. The parade will begin there, head down the boardwalk, and then back. The judges will then make their decision and the prizes will be awarded.
