About
Calligraphy is the art of designing & producing decorative lettering by hand. Throughout history cultures all over the world have developed various styles & techniques. This exhibition celebrates artists who combine traditional & contemporary approaches. Renée Alexander adds illustrative elements to her elegant & crisp English language calligraphic expressions of famous quotes. Lucy Yeou is a professional Chinese calligrapher who creates graceful pieces in traditional compositions & forms while adding a hint of personal style to make each one unique.
