About

Rediscover the powers and arts of seed ball making to revive the city of Toronto's ecosystems, once the home of the most fertile land on the planet. We understand not everyone has access to land and thus want to enable everyone the opportunity to make action in increasing biodiversity with a single stroke of the hand.

Use emotion, intelligence and situational experience to design personal seed bombs that will inoculate the city with vegetables, wildflowers, trees, and any plant that will take hold in the concrete jungle. We hope to reverse the ecological collapse by educating the technique of seed bomb technology and allow everyone the opportunity to experience rehabilitating biodiversity back into the city. This technique has been revitalized to the western world by the renowned "Masanobu Fukuoka" and we go into detail of the technique of reversing desertification with seed bombs.

Pickup unique "Seed Ball kits" that contain the necessary materials to create amazing seed compositions. Feel free to add your own seeds to let unexpected intersections become a living and thriving reality.

The Collective Forager is a new initiative focused on empowering and educating others so that everyone can contribute to making an urban food system that is just, sustainable, affordable and efficient. We strive to make foraging a reality in community gardens and on property that is accessible to all, making the commons a space that flourishes once again.

***UPDATE: We will release the online video of how to use your "Seed Ball Kit" and offer pick up days accordingly.
