About
A simple practice of sit down meditation based on zen buddhism, zazen. Meditation is a scientifically proven natural way to cope with modern life's stresses. There is no need to read hundreds of books, find a guru, watch hours of online video or go on a far retreat although that may be nice. Just sit for a while with like minded souls and pay attention, aka mindfulness meditation.
