Paul Goodyear, along with wife Alison, owner of Brockville's Cosies Tea Room shared his secret to preparing the perfect Devonshire Cream Tea, the service rather than the beverage as part of Downtown Brockville's Virtual Street Festival earlier this year. He has kindly allowed us to reuse his video to help educate Culture Days visitors in, among other things, how to make the prefect scone.
