Oct 24 - PROFESSIONAL PUMPKIN CARVING CONTEST
9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Come watch six professionals carve it up! Bid to purchase one of these finely crafted gourds. Bidding will be available until 3pm; judging and winners announced 3:30 - 4:00 pm. Proceeds benefit the Mission Arts Council.
Pumpkins will be on display at the following locations: Mission Leisure Centre, Mission Arts Council, Emma's Acres, Fraser River Heritage Park, City Hall, and Welton Parking Lot.
Oct 25 - COMMUNITY PUMPKIN CARVING CONTEST
10:00 am – 1:00 pm
Time to test out your jack-o-lantern carving skills! A jury will be on site to judge each creative entry. Pumpkins will be provided free by Emma’s Acres; however, due to COVID-19, you must bring your own carving tools. Please note, there is no power source. This is a purely hand-crafted event!
This event is open to all members of the community, with one entry per family. Space is limited to 20 participants, so be sure to pre-register by calling the Mission Arts Council at 604-826-0029, no later than October 20, 2020.
COVID-19 social distancing precautions in effect. Please wear a mask.
