Learn international folk dances in your own home.
Folk Dancing is a recreational activity suitable for all ages and abilities. Our dances and music originate from traditional community gatherings in countries around the world. Because they reflect a variety of stories and celebrations, dances range from serene to exuberant.
This weekly dance session is for anyone who is interested in joining us. Time for socializing and for dancing! Dances are taught and are suitable for beginners.
Click "Watch Video" below and use password "Sifd". Join the meeting at 6:45pm. Dancing starts at 7pm. Latecomers welcome.

Join Surrey international dancers in learning folk dances set to ethnic music from around the world in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Along the way, you will have fun, meet new people, be challenged, and get exercise without even realizing it. Beginners are welcome. If you can walk, you can dance! No partner or costume required. This recreational activity usually takes place on Thursday nights in a school gym. However, this weekly gathering is cancelled during the current pandemic. It has been replaced by online dancing. Please join us. Free!
