About

Dive into the blend of water exercise and music-making at our Aquafitness & Music Instruments Workshop! Experience the benefits of aquafitness as you engage in rhythmic water movements while playing waterproof musical instruments like shakers and plastic drums. This workshop is designed to enhance physical fitness, coordination and a sense of community through the universal language of music. Join us for a unique session that combines fun, fitness and creativity in a supportive and engaging environment. This workshop is designed for younger children and their families.

Organizer

Bandology

Bandology was willed into being by people who understand the multiple life-long benefits that music provides. United by common goals while participating in a high school music parent association, the co-founders were inspired to go beyond the classroom and into the community to help spread the love of music.

Bandology's mission statement: More music for more kids via education, collaboration and community.
