About
Join us for a spectacular museum tour of the Royal Northwest Mounted Police! All are welcome, and of course, it's free!
Using historic photographs, this building was reconstructed to duplicate the original Royal Northwest Mounted Police Post located in Beaver City in 1914-1915. Built using traditional construction methods, comprising of hand hewn log walls, rough cut lumber floor boards, and containing local, regional, and national artifacts, this 16x24 post brings the past to life.
The Royal Northwest Mounted Police Post Museum is located at the Creighton Recreation Culture & Tourism Center at 216 Creighton Avenue and is a seasonal museum that is open in the summer months.
