About

James Betts has been performing and recording music for over 20 years, both in Ontario and Saskatchewan. During this workshop, he will introduce participants to the world of live music production (effects, mixing levels, etc.) and basic recording software (Garage Band). The goal of this event is to share the love of music and to inspire others to try the tools available to the average person, no matter your age or skill level.

James Betts is a well-rounded musician, a singer and songwriter from Melville Saskatchewan. He has been performing for over 20 years both in Saskatchewan and Ontario. He plays guitar, sings, and plays harmonica. He also has a home studio where he records his own music. James performs a wide variety of music from the classics to contemporary.
