Murphy's Law Distillery has been operating for five years. Murphy's Law Moonshine is 100% corn-based shine with a technique that owner Ben Murphy learned in West Virginia while on an athletic scholarship. Later Ben brought this home and started to craft Ontario Moonshine with his younger brother Sullivan on their parents farm.

Murphy's Law Distillery has been running in Elmira for the past 5 year bringing forward the craft of creating 100% corn based shine. We have been running tours on Saturday's for the past 4 years where we share the process of how the distillery works, the moonshine is made and also provide a sample to guests. We would love to share our knowledge and what we have learned over the past few years!
