Learn how to bake a delicious apple galette from scratch. Pastry chef Laura Strath will teach you the techniques to make this french flat free form crusty cake! Watch and make at home! This session will also include book recommendations from an Oakville Public Library librarian. The video is approximately 17 minutes long.
