Join us for Day 1 of the Paper Making process with Alice from Harmony Paper!

We will learn how to make paper pulp from plants gathered on the Leir House grounds and slurry from recycled paper and hemp.

Day 2: Learn how to use recycled paper to create new paper sheets and learn two methods of sheet paper making. https://culturedays.ca/events/27964a79-8015-4145-a35a-d23895286035

Penticton and District Community Arts Council

The Mission of Penticton & District Community Arts Council is to increase and broaden opportunities for the public enjoyment of and participation in cultural activities, while working closely with all levels of government to address the cultural needs of the Community.

This year the Penticton & District Community Arts Council (PDCAC) is holding the annual Arts Rising Festival on the national Culture Days weekend. Culture Days’ theme this year is creativity, arts, and well-being with a focus on events that are participatory in nature.
