About

We will showcase a glimpse of the Indonesian Culture in forms of dances, fashion show and arts & craft. We are excited for the opportunity to provide interactive information and audience participation to Albertans and Edmontonians. There is a free dance clinic for everyone interested in learning Indonesian line dancing. Also you can try wearing a costume from the island of 'Bali' and take a 'selfie'.

Organizer

Edmonton Indonesian Community Association

The Edmonton Indonesian Community Association (EICA) was incorporated in Alberta on January 10, 2006 with Ibu Asri Ningsih as our first President of the community. Today, EICA is a volunteer-based and a non-profit organization and has no political or religious affiliations.

EICA welcomes all Indonesian newcomers, refers them to resources in the Edmonton area and helps them adapt to their new life in Canada. EICA also hold multiple fundraisers to supply capital for operations. We hold many events throughout the year to promote our culture, meet new friends and try delicious food made by our talented local vendors!

Everyone is welcome. If you have yet to join or meet us, you are missing something! We are always looking forward to meet and get to know you all! We invite all interested individuals and families to become members of EICA, which include many benefits and are renewed annually.

We invite all interested individuals to become members.
