About

Our unexpected intersections? "Our Canadian Bookcase" was a collaborative group project which brought together the Textile Arts Guild of Richmond, members of the public who suggested 150 Canadian authors and the Richmond Public Library who helped us with publicity and community display. Even though quilting is a time-honoured craft, we unexpectedly ran our fabric for the "book spines" through an ink-jet printer to create author names that are clear and will not fade over time.
