About
Stephen Orlando
Local artist Stephen Orlando is creating an exciting interactive LED light installation for Lumen 2023. Twenty kayakers with LED light paddles will kayak on Silver Lake in Waterloo Park and the colours of the LEDs will be controlled wirelessly by control boxes onshore that the public can interact with. The colour changing LED lights on the moving paddles will create beautiful dancing reflections on the water.
