About
This is a joint project between the Quesnel and District Community Arts Council, West Quesnel Business Association, and West Park Mall Administration. It brings local Indigenous artists together to showcase their crafts in many media, including but not limited to bead work, leather work, painting, writing, carving, wood work, published books, etc.
Artists will be on hand to talk to visitors, and art & crafts will be available for purchase.
Come out and support our local Indigenous community, and maybe find some early Christmas presents.

QDCAC is 100% volunteer organization with a 4-member Executive, and 3 Directors. The mission of QDCAC is to initiate, promote, develop excellence in the arts, engage the community in the arts, develop understanding and support for the arts, culture and heritage in the community. This responsibility is fulfilled through education, communication, coordination and programming of activities and events for the enrichment and engagement of the community.
It is QDCAC’s role to promote and grow the arts, to encourage community engagement in and exposure to various art forms and to demonstrate and show appreciation for artistic endeavors, to develop excellence, to be inclusive, to foster the growth of arts in children and youth. Through the grants, partnerships, various events and programming QDCAC endeavors to meet their core values.
