About

Officially opened on May 26, 2018, this Grand River pedestrian bridge links the East River Walkway at Founders Point with the West River Walkway at Absaloms Walk and Cambridge Sculpture Garden. See the beautiful view of the Heritage River, and take in nature's beauty right in the heart of the historic downtown Galt. The West side connection steps right into the Trans Canada Trail. Come back to see the bridge lit in various colours at night.
