About
Join Melissa as she demonstrates the art of movement within the slowing down and holding of poses through yoga. This awareness of breath will help you rediscover a love of personal movement and challenge any pre-conceptions that go beyond what you may think your body and mind is capable of achieving. Families are welcome to join this interactive session.
Melissa has invited local guitarist Jesse Gelina to play some background music for this session. Jesse Gelina is an improv lead guitarist who plays entirely by ear. His solo sets involve the use of a loop pedal, which allows him to record rhythm guitar sections for him to play lead guitar over. Though a resident of Sundre since 2007, he's only recently started appearing in the public music scene. He can often be found a the open mic at Swamp Donkeys, performing accompanying lead guitar for other performers.
