Directions: The Festival takes place across Russell Township. The main hub is at the big behind behind the skating arena on the Russell Fairgrounds on Concession st in Russell. More details can be found at autumninthecountry.ca.

About
Autumn in the Country is a multi-day arts festival that includes an outdoor public artwork, local artist studio tours, exhibitions, plein air painting, live music and a battle of the brushes. Live demonstrations by artists will take place over the course of the festival, where people can see how the magic happens. Interactive stations will let people turn their inspiration into experimentation. And of course, we will need help deciding the who gets bragging rights as the winner of the Battle of the Brushes!
Collaborations with the Township of Russell Photo Expo, the Russell Historical Society, Conseil des arts de Prescott Russell and GoutArt, means there will be a ton of arts, history and culture experiences across our little community.
