At Glazed Expressions, helping our guests explore their artistic side through fired art might be what we love more than anything else… Oh… except maybe dogs. Okay…Oh man we absolutely L.O.V.E. LOVE dogs!!! Small dogs, big dogs, pretty much all dogs. That’s why dog lovers are always welcome at our studio.

On Saturday, October 14th, we’re combining our two great loves with our Paws for a Cause fundraiser event in support of the Upper Credit Humane Society.

Our volunteers will help you create a beautiful imprint of your pooch’s paw into a four-inch soft clay tile. You can even personalize your tile with our stamps and letters onsite.

Around 10 days later, your pet’s tile will be dry enough to fire into a durable bisque plaque.

You can take it away as is, or paint it with our studio paints… free of charge!. We’ll kiln-fire your dog’s painted piece to a high gloss ceramic masterpiece, ready to treasure in about a week.

Who you’re helping:

The Upper Credit Humane Society is a registered charity working diligently to help (on average) 300 animals every year.

Donations are vital to the well being of these animals by helping to cover the cost of their feeding and care, neutering/spaying, vaccinations, as well as providing a safe, clean and enriching shelter environment.

We pride ourselves on the attention that we put into all of our fired art projects, but especially in those with heirloom significance such as these. The number of steps and level of care required to complete these projects is not insignificant.

As dog (and pet) lovers, we’re grateful to be able to contribute to the ongoing efforts made by the people of the Upper Credit Humane Society. As such all profits from this event will be donated to the UCHS.
