Calling all kids! Are you ready to make some art at home with materials you already have? Our Art Makers lessons feature fun and unique themes to get your creativity flowing! A new set of lessons will be rolled out every Wednesday and Friday throughout the month of Culture Days. Each themed lesson set contains a separate activity for different age groups: Tyke (age 4-5), Junior (age 6-8) and Senior (age 9-12). It’s time to get creative!

September 25 – Animals

September 30 – Abstract

October 2 – Olympics

October 7 – Tropical

October 9 – Outer Space

October 14 – Carnival

October 16 – Around the World

October 21 – Music Mania

October 23 – Blast from the Past

Once available, the lessons will remain accessible for the duration of Culture Days.

The Helson Gallery is the Town of Halton Hills' premier public art gallery and home to the culturally significant Helson Collection of Canadian and European paintings. The Gallery hosts exhibitions of its collection along with the work of community artists and private collection loans. A variety of public programming for all ages is offered throughout the year.
