About
Come and watch the documentary film "The Queen's Green Planet" (2018)! This is a free movie night at a small art gallery with a projector. The film shows the progress of Queen Elizabeth II’s initiative to create a global network of protected forests, 'The Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy', a conservation project aimed at raising awareness of the value of indigenous forests and of preserving them for future generations. At the heart of the film is a rare, informal conversation between Her Majesty the Queen and her good friend Sir David Attenborough about their shared passion for nature, filmed in the gardens of Buckingham Palace.
Seats are limited. Early RSVP is required via email to [email protected]. In remembrance of the Queen and in celebration of the Platinum Jubilee of Her Majesty, this project is funded by Canadian Heritage. Ce projet est financé par Patrimoine canadien.

"We are not teachers, but awakeners, as Robert Frost said. We don't really teach you. We only try to provide the conditions in which you can learn, as Albert Einstein said. We are proud to believe teaching is the one profession that creates all other professions, as someone unknown said. Do not cease to grow. Let's keep learning!"
