About
Join local artist, Michelle Msami in Tracing Presence. This activity uses paired collaboration to trace the body and explore visibility, identity and connection.
Participants will pair up across a prepared canvas and take turns activating and tracing their bodies to discover the human form’s value as both a subject and tool in art making. Each participant is encouraged to express themselves, play and reflect in this collaborative art workshop that takes multi-media to a new level by mixing movement with making, using both traditional and non-traditional materials such as fabric and found items, deepening the collective presence and trust with all participating.
