About

Create a beautiful Collage on a 11 x 14 canvas using all sorts of materials and paint. You'll start with connecting to yourself through a short meditation, scanning your body and emotions. Then you'll scribble all that down on the canvas using pen, pencil or felt. Then, using magazine clippings, words, paint, and objects(bling, buttons, feathers, etc) you will create a beautiful and interesting collage. It can be abstract or realistic.

Artist Trea Jensen will facilitate this workshop. All ages and abilities welcome

Eastend Historical Museum

The objective of the Eastend Historical Museum & Cultural Centre Inc. is to collect, preserve and exhibit artifacts (native, historical and paleontology) from Eastend and surrounding area concerning the history, pre-history and paleontology of the area from 400 million years ago to present. The museum is operated for the betterment of the community and providing displays of educational value. It also serves as the Tourist Information Centre for the Town. Our museum hosts displays and events to attract our youth, community in general, provide guided tours to school and other groups. We work together with (A.G.E.S) local artists and the Arts Council to provide a variety of events in our town.
