Capacity for Wonder: Meghan Sims, explores the ways in which glass affects light, shadow, and perception as influenced by Sims’ unique perspective as an individual with Achromatopsia, a rare visual condition.

Lumen is an annual, free, all-ages festival that is open to the public and run by the City of Waterloo’s Arts and Culture team (Create Waterloo). The event features the work of artists as they explore the interplay of light, art, and technology in installations located throughout uptown Waterloo.

The Canadian Clay and Glass Gallery is a public art gallery located in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. It is the only Canadian art gallery exclusively dedicated to exhibiting and collecting contemporary Canadian ceramic, glass, enamel and stained glass works of art. It has approximately 20,000 annual visitors.
