During this event, participants will have the opportunity to create their own medicine pouch while learning about the Four Sacred Medicines: Tobacco, Sage, Cedar, and Sweetgrass. This hands-on cultural activity promotes understanding of Indigenous teachings, traditions, and wellness practices while encouraging personal reflection, cultural connection, and respect for sacred medicines.
