About
Join us for a guided pole walking session that blends fitness with cultural connection to the land. Walking has always been a meaningful way for people to gather, move, and share in community, and this activity continues that tradition in a modern, accessible form. With or without poles, you’ll enjoy the rhythm of movement, the beauty of the natural landscape, and the shared experience of walking side by side.
Led by a certified pole walking instructor, personal trainer, and experienced trail runner, you’ll also learn tips on technique and equipment to support your wellness journey. Registration required.
A meaningful way to stay active, connect with nature, and celebrate the cultural practice of walking together.
