Set in the beautiful outdoor landscape of Caledon, this all-levels yoga flow and sound bath offers the perfect opportunity to ground, connect and relax. You’ll be guided through a gentle practice and immersed in the soothing sounds of healing instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, frame and ocean drums, and sweetly sung melodies- led by Town of Caledon yoga instructor, Stephanie.
Reconnect with nature, your body, and your breath as you unwind under open skies. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and any props you may need for comfort. No previous yoga experience necessary—just come as you are. Adults only class, 18+. Weather Dependent. Registration Required.
