Join us in celebration on Saturday, September 21 for our long-anticipated return home to our galleries within the beloved heritage location of Church Street School; now within the larger, vibrant cultural ecosystem of Aurora Town Square.
We are thrilled to mark this milestone with a re-opening party unveiling three new exhibitions:
Expressions of Critical Thought | Carousel Collective | Homeroom Galleries
Currents of Connections | Annwin Arts & Joaquin Varela | Lower Hall Gallery
Camp Retrospective | Children from our 2024 Summer Camp Season | Upper Hall Gallery
Festivities start at 4 pm with a Land Acknowledgement and Welcome in Brevik Hall. Artist talks are programmed throughout the evening. Light refreshments will be available, as well as music between scheduled events. This event is family friendly and welcome to all.

5:30 pm | Annwin Arts & Joaquin Varela Artist Talk w/Samantha Jones | Lower Hall Gallery
Indigenous artist of the Bear Clan with lineage from Wikwemikong Unceded Territory, Manitoulin Island, Annwin Arts, and Latinx Colombian artist, Joaquin Varela, join Gallery Manager Samantha Jones in conversation regarding Currents of Connections, their temporary mural in Lower Hall Gallery.
6:00 – 7:00 pm | Evening Social Hour | Brevik Hall + All Galleries
Explore the exhibitions and socialize within the galleries and Brevik Hall. Refreshments to be available until close.
