Join us for the Celebrate the Night event including the return of the annual fireworks display! Participate in activities that mark the fall season highlighting cultural traditions including the festival of lights and Halloween! This free fall event features family-friendly activities, food trucks, music, light installations and more. Come celebrate the night in Maple Ridge.

The City's Parks, Recreation & Culture (PRC) Department is responsible for parks, recreation, cultural activities, programs, facilities, liaison with community groups, community development work and accessibility issues. Programs and services include a wide range of skill development and programs, a number of which are offered through partnerships that leverage expertise and funding from volunteers, non-profit organizations, private businesses, and other levels of government. Services are delivered directly through the operation of facilities, such as the Maple Ridge Leisure Centre, Hammond Outdoor Pool and Greg Moore Youth Centre or through service agreements with community partners
such as Planet Ice, the ACT Arts Centre and the Fraser Valley Regional Library.
