About
Facilitated by Suharu Ogawa, “Drawing Community Together” is a drop-in illustration workshop where participants transform watercolor abstract shapes into imaginative elements of a community or city using colour pencils. Participants can leave their drawings up for display where we’ll collectively build a vibrant, ever-evolving map. Along the way, explore prompt questions about what makes a city and discover fun facts from Cities: How Humans Live Together. This workshop also offers a chance to meet children’s book illustrator Suharu Ogawa and explore her playful, diverse body of work!
