About

YHMA is proud to announce the first Culture Days virtual picture puzzle. In line with this year’s Culture Days theme, “unexpected intersections,” YHMA’s picture puzzle is designed to inspire creativity, collaboration and discovery—all from the comfort of your home. This fun and innovative event challenges your heritage knowledge and promotes learning through engagement with Whitehorse’s heritage sector.

Sit back and explore!

Each day, from September 28 to October 2, a close-up photograph will be posted on the YHMA Facebook page, along with several heritage highlights. Simply comment on the image with your answer using the hashtag #culturedayspicturepuzzle. Answer correctly on all five days to be entered into a draw for a chance to win a grand prize valued at over $100.

The event winner and correct answers will be announced on October 5 between 9-5pm. The winner is asked to contact [email protected] or call 1(867)667-4704 to arrange a time to pick up the prize package from Donnenwoth House, located at 3126 Third Avenue. Please note, if five questions are not answered correctly by any participant, participants who have answered four correctly will be entered, and so on.

Discussion, research, and even exploring Whitehorse to identify the image is encouraged.

This event is free and suitable for all ages.
