Dushbere: A Taste of Azerbaijan is a hands-on cooking class where participants will learn to make dushbere—a beloved Azerbaijani dumpling soup known for its rich flavor and delicate preparation. Guided by experienced instructors, attendees will prepare the dish from scratch, including kneading the dough, and shaping the tiny dumplings. The class also features a short cultural presentation on Azerbaijani culinary traditions, exploring the history, ingredients, and significance of dushbere in Azerbaijani homes. This immersive experience offers a delicious way to learn about Azerbaijani culture through food, storytelling, and shared flavors.
