Sahaja Yoga is a method of meditation that brings a breakthrough in the evolution of human awareness. It was created by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970 and has since spread all around the world.

You can get connected with your inner self, achieve mental silence and peace within, in just 10 minutes. Please do join us to Experience the awakening of this energy during these cultural days absolutely free! We will have special classes for Brampton library on Sep28th, Oct 5th, Oct9th and Oct 12th @ 11:00 am.

You are welcome to join our ongoing classes: Mondays to Wednesdays - beginner classes focusing on activating our inner energy to get to a state of Thoughtless Awareness.
