Mindfulness is paying attention… on purpose, and without judgement. We can be mindful of our outer world with our senses, and of our inner world of thoughts and emotions. Being mindful helps us to respond, not react. It is simple. But is often not easy. This session will go over different ways we can be mindful in our everyday lives plus will spend some time going over the basics of meditation as a powerful tool to calm the mind.
