Sahaja Yoga Meditation Network
Sahaja Yoga Meditation Network in Halton region began 17 years ago and FREE classes and events have grown to include Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Hamilton and Niagara regions sharing the global message of inner peace and self-realization.
Many programs, presentations and special events have since been created for children and youth groups, corporations, health centers, shelters, schools and businesses, festivals and cultural activities.
Many people from all walks of life attend and participate in a multitude of classes and events with the introduction of meditation to the Halton and surrounding regions. With enthusiasm, an endless stream of volunteers have also thankfully helped to execute various wonderful programs and events to help others become part of this very loving inner peace evolution.
It has been an amazing journey for everyone involved over these transformation years for many have become more connected to their own spirituality, to nature and to each other as a result. The FREE classes, programs and events have also become a foundation for making new friends and for creating a strong sense of community for the Halton and Niagara regions respectively.
