About
Qigong in the Park is an interactive demonstration in the beautiful Palmer Park. Participants will be led through a simple Qigong practice to expand, move, and ground their energy in order to feel peaceful and open for the rest of their day. Qigong is a movement, meditation, and breathwork practice that improves mobility, mind-body connection, and mental and physical well-being. A Qigong practice can benefit anybody at any age. Participants may partake in the entire routine, or join in at any time.
